Move Out Cleaning Services

Service Description

Performing a thorough cleaning before moving out is beneficial to both parties, especially if you have a security deposit on the line. Now that the rooms are empty (or nearly empty), it’s time to make your home or apartment look even better than it did when you first moved in. Many apartment and house contracts require a “broom-clean” while others call for a detailed checklist that covers everything from the stove to the baseboards. Our standard move-out cleaning service includes: -Vacuum and sweep all floors -Wipe down baseboards -Scrub shower and bathtub -Scrub toilets -Clean sinks and counter tops -Clean kitchen appliances -Dust everything **​The 30 minutes shown is the time that takes for us to respond to confirm. We require that same day services are booked at least 2 hours prior to the actual time of your cleaning.** 

Cancellation Policy

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. The first time a client misses an appointment, we will make a note in your file if it is rescheduled. A cancellation without rescheduling or all future missed appointments will incur a $25.00 fee. We understand that emergencies do arise. Please contact us and we will work with you. This booking is for a quote only. Booking it is not valid until is confirmed by one of our staff members.
